Cancellation Policy

At Pinetok, we understand that circumstances can change and sometimes orders need to be canceled. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate these situations while ensuring a seamless process for both our customers and our team.

Order Cancellation

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within the first 6 hours after placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if the order has already been processed and is in transit, cancellation may not be possible, and our return and refund policy will apply.

Change of Mind

If you have had a change of mind regarding a purchase, our return and refund policy will be applicable. Please refer to our return and refund policy for more information on how to initiate the return process.

Incomplete or Incorrect Information

In the event that you provide incomplete or incorrect information during the ordering process, it may prevent us from processing your order accurately. In such cases, we will reach out to you to correct the information. If the order cannot be completed due to the incomplete or incorrect information provided, we will issue a full refund.
