Notice of Lunar New Year Holiday Closure

As the Lunar New Year approaches, we would like to inform you that our company will be observing the holiday from February 3rd to February 13th. During this period, our team will be taking a break to celebrate this special occasion with their families.

Please be advised that any orders placed after February 3rd will be processed and shipped starting from February 13th onwards. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed in the following business days. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: It usually takes 4-7 business days. Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Each item on our site has an estimated processing time based on the specific characteristics of the product.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 5-10 business days. However, factors such as delayed logistics, weather, or customs clearance may have an impact on the delivery time.


If you haven’t yet received a tracking number, that means we’re working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.


If the package has arrived at a location different from the shipping address that you provided, we will credit a refund back to your account. Or, if you prefer, we will replace the item.

Be aware that we are not liable for any losses incurred if you have provided any incorrect details for your order. We also reserve the right not to issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.


We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company by the purchaser. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment is not received within two full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.


Order delivery can be delayed due to acts of nature: Pinetok® store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier’s control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
